If you or a loved one have Aphasia please fill out an application to be selected. Please share your personal story. Client selection will be based on need and finances. Hotel, flights, car rental and food will be determined on an individual basis. Other options of therapy/treatment may come available and will be considered. A medical diagnosis of Aphasia is required.
